As people in the Defence Industry are all the time going on scientific fishing expeditions to develop new weapon systems, expeditions that in many cases have turned out to be rather bizarre and strange, likewise, there is a little army of pseudo-scientists engaging in social engineering who are constantly going on fishing expeditions aimed at developing and perfecting all kind of technologies and techniques to control and manipulate people.
In unguarded moments, politicians and members of the establishment admit that in their opinion the general public needs to be controlled, manipulated and herded.
We are all under constant attack, but it is something very insidious and difficult to detect, as it is being conducted in a very gradual and clever way.
One of the way they are conducting their experiments, is using us as guinea pig, we call ourselves 'Targeted Individuals' and if you google expressions like'Organised Stalking', 'Electronic Harassment' and 'targeted Individuals', you will find out that there are several hundreds of us, all over the world, all complaining about being used , attacked and manipulated in exactly the same way.

And they are deliberately ASSASSINATING OUR CHARACTER, of us the human guinea pigs, to KEEP US COMPLETELY ISOLATED, DESTROY OUR CREDIBILITY AND PREVENT US FROM TELLING THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE TRUE NATURE OF THE EXPERIMENTS BEING CONDUCTED ON US, COMPLETELY ASSASSINATING OUR CHARACTER IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAT TO IMPRISON AND ISOLATE US IN A HIGH SECURITY FACILITY!
BECAUSE IF THE GENERAL PUBLIC WERE TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE TRUE NATURE OF THE EXPERIMENTS BEING CONDUCTED ON US, THEY WOULD BE GREATLY ALARMED AND COULDN'T FAIL TO REALIZE THAT THIS TECHNOLOGIES CURRENTLY BEING TESTED ON US, ARE DESTINED TO BE EVENTUALLY USED ON THEM!
Mainstream Media is generally complicitous in a conspiracy of silence about this technologies, all they need to do is never to mention them, leaving the public with the impression that this technologies just don't exist and are the stuff of science fiction, if they mention this technologies at all, they will tell you, that they are several decades away in the future, a complete lie because a number of mind-blowing technologies have been available to humanity since the end of Worls War II.
The general public has been constantly exposed for decades to a well-crafted, clever, consistently manipulative false narrative, and sadly if you tell them anything which in any way depart from Mainstream Media's sophoriphic mantras, they immediately panic and accuse you of being crazy.
When this criminals set out to assassinate our (the guinea pigs victims) character, you must remember that for them to lie, spread misinformation and disinformation, to make what is white look black and what is white look black, is their profession and their life-long calling.
The techniques they use are extremely sophisticated, and it may even be that at some point, like tony Blair, they may even start to believe their own lies.
With ordinary people who have been lied to about pratically everything of any importance, from 911, to Iraq, to Afghanistan, about the death of Diana and about the death of dR.
