amongst sweeping cut in public services, the Cameron government is funneling £2bn in "foreign aid" to India, sheer incompetence or rather another sinister financial scam, a glorified subsidy to BAE? but now India had decided to buy French and they say they don't want the money, was France offering more generous bribes? sorry! I mean more generous "foreign aid"?
