North Korea is a joke, the state the country is in, they couldn't even fire a catapult, let alone nuclear weapons, their nuclear weapons are totally rudimentary and their delivery systems even more primitive, not that dead-stream media is ever going to tell you that, North Korea is just a convenient boogeyman to justify a constant military build-up in the region with the aim of militarily encircling China
